We love coffee, and we got tired of guessing how many grams to use every morning. Most coffee resources give you a range like "1:15 to 1:17" and leave you to figure out the math. CoffeeRatio does the math for you — tell it your brew method, how much water you're using, and how strong you like it, and it gives you the exact grams, tablespoons, and brew parameters.
Our ratios are based on Specialty Coffee Association guidelines and extensive home brewing experience. That said, coffee is subjective — treat our suggestions as a starting point and adjust to your taste. Bean density, roast level, water chemistry, and equipment all affect the final cup.
